Elder Williams still in Pesenga

Elder Williams has been out for over a year now! Incredible how time is flying by! He LOVES Samoa! He is still serving in Psesenga on Upulu in Western Samoa. He got a new companion, Elder Gage from Springville, Utah. They are both excited to serve together and are both hard working missionaries! I have been blessed to be corresponding with Elder Gage's Mom and we share alot in common along with both having sons serving in Samoa! She is a sweetie and it's been so much fun chatting with her! Both Mom's are so thrilled our boys are serving together! The photo above is Elder Williams with Elder Vea from Arizona and the other one is Elder Williams in front of the Apia Samoa Mission. We feel so blessed to have a Missionary serving the Lord!

Grandma Inks

This past week we got that sad news that my Grandma Inks passed away in Oregon. Henry and I were able to fly to Portland and drive to Canby Oregon for her Memorial. Many of the family gathered together to pay tribute to this wonderful woman who I love and already miss so much!

I was able to see my Aunts and Uncles and cousins that I haven't seen in 30+ years!

The Memorial Service was wonderful and payed tribute to a lovely woman who lived a full and happy life and was married for 70 years. She was such a shining example to all of us of someone who loved the Lord and followed him all the days of her life!
I'll miss you Grandma!

Christmas: Temple Square

We have an annual tradition to go downtown to Temple Square and see the Christmas lights and to hear the high school choirs sing! We love it! We always go with the Wood Family, our neighbors and our long time friends!

We had a crazy snow storm yesterday and on the way home from work I had to take a co-worker to the airport and it took me 3 HOURS to drive home and it is only a 30 minute drive! But we bundled up and went for our night downtown and it was so beautiful! It was COLD but the lights and the snow....Wow! We had a lot of fun. We had reservations to eat at the Roof Restaurant at the top of the Joseph Smith Memorial Building and it overlooks Temple Square and the Salt Lake Temple...the view is breathtaking! We took some pictures while we were downtown with all the Christmas decorations!
